Hi, that's quite easy, a scammer is someone who will try to ask you to send him/her money arguing she needs it to travel from her country or city to yours, or to click a pay link/call a pay phone number or something like that.

Usually scammers profiles are deleted on online dating websites but it looks like they always find a way to come back, that's really annoying.
